License to Use Software

Upon purchasing our software, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. You may not distribute, modify, or reverse engineer the software.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our software for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Engaging in activities that violate any laws or regulations.
  • Using the software for unauthorized access to networks or systems.
  • Conducting fraudulent transactions or scams.

Nulled Scripts and Unauthorized Purchases

We strongly advise against purchasing or using any version of our software from unauthorized resellers, third parties, or sources that provide “nulled” scripts. These scripts have been illegally altered and often contain backdoors or malicious code designed to compromise your system and steal sensitive information, including payment details.

We do not support or take responsibility for any issues arising from the use of nulled scripts or software obtained through unauthorized channels. Any script purchased from such sources is not covered by our support, and any issues that arise from their use, including data breaches, loss of funds, or legal problems, are solely the responsibility of the purchaser.

By purchasing our software, you confirm that you will only use original, unaltered copies directly from us and authorized distributors. If you choose to purchase from any other source, we cannot guarantee the integrity of the software or its security.

Payment and Billing

Payments for our software solutions are due upon purchase. We accept payments via Paystack (Naira only) and NowPayments for cryptocurrency (e.g., BTC, ETH, LTC). You are responsible for all applicable taxes and charges associated with your purchase.

Termination of Service

We may suspend or terminate your access to our software at our discretion, especially if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity. Your license purchase are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim related to the use of our software is limited to the amount you paid for the software in the past 12 months. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the software, including but not limited to trademarks, code, and documentation, are owned by viqecodes. You are granted a license to use the software, but ownership remains with us.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration under the laws of Nigeria. You agree to resolve all disputes through arbitration and waive any right to a jury trial.

Changes to Terms of Service

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website, and the changes will become effective upon posting
